The Dukan Diet

The Dukan diet is a type of protein diet is divided into four phases , which allows for about 5 kg weight loss in the first week only . Check the allowed foods , banned and how each phase of this diet works .

1st phase of the Dukan Diet : Attack Phase

In the 1st phase of the Dukan diet is only allowed to eat foods rich in protein . No source of carbohydrate and no sweet is not allowed .

Dukan Diet

Allowed foods : lean , grilled , baked or cooked without added fat , kani , boiled eggs , smoked turkey breast , natural yoghurt or skimmed , skimmed milk, cheese steaks cotagge . You can eat 1 serving of carbohydrate 2 times per week , which can be: brown rice , whole-wheat pasta or beans . Additionally , you can have 2 full meals where you can eat any food that has been consumed in this diet , accompanied by a glass of wine or beer .

Foods allowed : proteins , vegetables , 2 fruits per day , bread , cheese.
Forbidden foods : rice, pasta and beans more than 2 times a week and every other farinháceos . Forbidden Fruits : banana , grape and cherry .
This phase should last 10 days for each 1kg that the individual wants to lose . That is, if the individual wants to lose 10 kg more , this phase should last 100 days.

4th phase of the Dukan diet : to keep fit .

In the 4th phase of the Dukan diet is necessary to have one day a week where you eat only lean meats and skim milk , do 20 minutes of exercise per day , leave the elevator and go up and always down stairs and eat 3 tablespoons of bran of oats per day always.

Foods allowed : all previously mentioned and is required to eat 3 servings of fruit per day .

The Dukan Diet was created by French physician Dr. Pierre Dukan and is fully explained in his book : ' I can not lose weight ' . This is a good option for those who need to lose weight quickly , but it is not a diet to change the eating habits of the individual. Therefore , if the individual is not careful, can recover all the lost weight in no time .

The only candy that you can eat on this diet are egg pudding with skim milk and light of Dr. Dukan unsweetened gelatin.
