Foods for great skin

Foods for perfect skin can be :

1. dried fruits such as hazelnut and almond because they have good amounts of Vitamin E which has the function of repairing skin ;

2. fruits and orange vegetables such as carrots or papaya that are sources of beta carotene that help fight the effects of UVA and UVB rays , leaving skin beautiful and golden ;

3. Citrus fruits like oranges , kiwi and lemon , for example , because they are rich in vitamin C that participates in the formation of collagen and makes the skin healthy and firm ;

4. Fatty fish such as sardines and salmon are rich in omega 3 that is anti -inflammatory ;

5. green tea and red fruits like blueberries and blackberries because they are rich in antioxidants that fight aging skin especially the facial skin.

For perfect skin beyond these foods is essential hydration so it is recommended intake of 1.5 to 2 liters of water per day .

Food for skin with acne

Foods for skin with acne are salmon, sardines , tuna and chia seeds for example because they are foods rich in omega 3 which is a substance with anti - inflammatory action .

There are foods that can leave oily skin like chocolate , nuts, dairy products , sugars , fatty and spicy foods so should be avoided . A more natural diet rich fruits and vegetables helps to fight acne while processed and prepared foods worsen acne .

Food for dry skin are radish, tomato , watermelon and cantaloupe because they are water-rich foods that will help moisturize the skin .

To keep the skin moisturized is essential tea or drinking water throughout the day without sugar.

Green tea, red berries and other antioxidants are also important to prevent sagging skin because these substances fight premature aging .
