Causes Allergic Rhinitis may vary according to where the person lives . Normally , certain allergens are responsible for increasing the irritation of the nasal mucosa , among which we can highlight :

1. House dust mites : in Brazil , dust mites are the major cause of Allergic Rhinitis as hot and humid climate favors their multiplication , especially in bedrooms , where people spend many hours . The best treatment for Allergic Rhinitis is prevention . Must make an environmental control of the house and the work of individual, eliminating anything that might cause allergy and cleaning the place as much as possible .

It should also be physical activities to improve overall fitness , using drugs such as oral antihistamines and inhaled corticosteroids to prevent and treat seizures , taking vaccines and , in some severe cases , nasal surgery . A practical and efficient method is the frequent nasal saline lavage .
